MOUNTING METHOD
The standard batten spacing is 350mm.
The first batten is installed 250mm from the gutter batten.
The type of batten is determined by the center-to-center distance of the rafters, as follows:
60 cm = 3,8 x 3,8 cm; 80 cm= 3,8 x 5 cm; 90cm = 3,8 x 5 cm; 120cm = 5 x 5cm.
The roofing is laid on the battens in strips next to each other and fastened with self-tapping screws with a sealing washer (4.8 x 35 mm) at a rate of 6 – 8 pieces per meter.2.
