CNC Bending Machine Variobend DB 6/1.5
The double-sided sheet metal bending machine VARIOBEND is among the top in its class. Thanks to its speed, accuracy, excellent programmability, and dual-sided bending, it enables highly precise bends along the entire length of the machine.
The machine adapts individually and fully automatically to the specific material. Maximum bending flexibility allows for the automated production of profiles that cannot be processed on a manual bending machine. It is ideal for manufacturing custom trapezoidal sheets, designer façade panels, fences, and other products. One of the machine’s specialties is the ability to perform conical bending.
The maximum bending length is 6 400 mm.

LINE FOR JAFFA ROOFING SHEETS
The JAFFA sheet profile is a shaped metal sheet produced by rolling on a forming line. The total effective coverage width of the JF profile is 880 mm, the production width is 920 mm, and the profile height is 20 mm. The design can include an embossing or be flat. Sheet lengths range from 500 mm to 12,000 mm, with the optimal handling length being up to 6500 mm.

ROLL FORMING MACHINE SCHLEBACH QUADRO
The QUADRO roll forming machine is a multifunctional profiling system capable of producing three types of profiles: the CLICK system standing seam roofing JAFFA, the SOFIT JAFFA façade cladding panel, and the FALC JAFFA standing seam roofing. This versatile machine operates with sheet thicknesses from 0.5 to 0.7 mm and supports a wide range of colors.
The produced sheet lengths range from 300 mm to 12,000 mm.
ROLL FORMING MACHINE SCHLEBACH QUADRO
The QUADRO roll forming machine is a multifunctional profiling system capable of producing three types of profiles: the CLICK system standing seam roofing JAFFA, the SOFIT JAFFA façade cladding panel, and the FALC JAFFA standing seam roofing. This versatile machine operates with sheet thicknesses from 0.5 to 0.7 mm and supports a wide range of colors.

1. Standing Seam Roofing CLICK JAFFA
It is a roofing sheet made of coated galvanized steel or coated aluminized steel that imitates the appearance of traditional standing seam roofing. It features a simple snap-lock hollow seam, known as the CLICK system.
The fastening screws are concealed. It is installed on a full decking.

2. Facade Cladding SOFIT JAFFA Panel
System designed for ventilated facades, featuring a recessed panel system.
It can be used for both walls and soffits. It has a flat surface and complements any architectural metal roofing system. The SOFIT panel allows for the creation of attractive, lightweight, and durable cladding for exterior facades.
It can also be used as an interior design element. The SOFIT panel is fastened to the frame using self-tapping screws.

3. Standing Seam Roofing FALC JAFFA
It is designed for standing seam folding. It is manufactured from coated galvanized steel or coated aluminum sheet. Installation is done on a full decking.
This roofing is suitable for all types of roofs, facade cladding, soffits, and other applications.
